Twist has 41 AA Points, 4 Open Wins, 3 Amateur Wins, plus numerous all age placements, and Canadian Open Win. Twist is qualified for the 2004 National Open as well as 2005 National Amateur Retriever Championships. Twist qualified for the 2003 National Amateur with an Open win at the So. Arizona trial in February. He also qualified for the 2003 Canadian National where he went 7 series.

Twist won his first Qualifying he ran then finished 4th, 3rd, Reserve Jam and another 1st in the only five Qualifyings he ran at 2 years old. Twist had 9 Derby points, he won a Derby at 17 months and placed in his first Derby at 13 months, he has 4 Derby placements. His Derby career was limited due to 2 injuries which required recovery time and time out of training. He stopped running the Derby 3 months before his 2nd birthday.

Twist is out of a Ebonstar Lean Mac bitch, which makes an excellent outcross with Nitro's pedigree.
